tonight when i got home my door would not close, i am going to check it out tomorrow morning, but if neone knows if i need to move the little lock thingy or what i need to do. it basically is not shutting, the metal part of the TJ does not hit right.

you need 2 check if the latch on the door is connecting w/ the door striker...if not you can move the striker on the tub so that you can get it the door 2 shut....but if it is hitting and just not shutting...you need 2 take a blowdryer and warmer up the door near the handle and then it will shut....i had 2 do this for about a week and it sux but it works fine the rest of teh day....if you have scenario number two you need 2 go buy white lithium grease and grease up all you fitting on your door....you need 2 take the door apart 2 get 2 teh lock and everythign and grease it all up now mine works fine :lol:

Check the two jaws inside the door latch, make sure they are open.

You may need to tighten the striker (large pin the latch jaws wrap around).
