what steering collum will swap?

anyone know what steering collum will swap into an 88 wrangler? has anyone had to replace one or know where to get a used one cheap in north carolina??? vi need toget my daily driver back on the road quick. thnks guys

I am not sure, but... I don't want to sound smart, but when you google it, try spelling it "column." You should get more results.

dont know if this helps or if youre still looking but the column in my 89 is identical to he one in the 91 i used to have - so you may have a wide range of years to choose from... dont know about swapping from model/model but i seriously doubt they were "model specific" - ask your local parts guy at the stealership or look into cross reference material out there - you should have no problem finding one locally at a boneyard that'll bolt in - good luck - hope it helped...
