Track bar bushing removel

Still getting oil leaks?

Ok here it is. I got some new poly bushings for my front track bar. 91 YJ.
I can't get all the old bushing out. I drilled it got out the inner sleeve. my question is this outter sleeve. do I need to remove that also, or should I just keep picking away at the little bits of rubber

Burn it out if you have to, just be careful.
