engine swap question, please help!

So instead of swapping another carbed engine into my 89 YJ, I got offered a 4.0L HO fuel injected instead. Now here is my questions, what types of things need to be done. I assume size wise it will just drop in, but do I have to worry about the bellhousing and transmission (3 speed auto), other wiring, etc.
I can get the ECU computer for the engine, but what am I gonna have to do to get everything to work?

Am I better of forgetting about it?

thanks for the help!

if you are gonna swap.. i would suggest going with a carbed V8 and a good transmission.... but if you insist on the 4.0, the bellhousing should bolt to the engine, BUT, that is not the big problem, you have to have a bellhousing from the 4.0 so you can make sure it can house the crank position sensor.. so you have to make sure that the auto 3 speed will bolt to the ax-15 or 4.0 auto (not sure what it is) bellhousing, or you can relocate the cps to the harmonic balancer with a relocation kit
