oral fixation bummers

Hi, push started my cj7 304 with a t176 4 speed and something broke? have nothing, seems like clutch is still intact and turning something in transmission but i have nothing, no high range no low no 2wd, no shafts spinning. what should I expect to find or where should i start to look?
It just made a loud clunk noise.

when was the last time you checked your tcase fluid??

transfer case is what it seems to be.. check your linkages first
