Has anyone tried the anti spring wrap pads from RE when they did SOA conversion? I made track bars for mine but I was curious if they work or not.

I bought mine from tom woods drive shafts for about 200.00. I ran a slipyoke for about 2 years before converting over to cv style when I did my SOA. Either way requires a longer drive shaft.

If your running in the rocks or anything that you would want more sidewall to protect the wheel. The 15 x 8 is a good choice. If your looking for a wide footprint go with 15 x 10.

explorers work fine and you get the disc brakes. Personaly I prefer model 20 from a wagoneer. It has a larger ring and pinion and is 1/2" longer than a wrangler. You can redrill for 5 lug if you want to.

I just removed my air bag on my 96 z71 to replace ignition switch. The first thing is to disconnect the negative battery cable then remove the fuse for the air bag. It should come out as an assembly. Verify with a chilton manual before trying. This was my first time and it was a little scary...
