I won a free weekend at a hotel in Rogers/Bentonville, AR. I dont have much reason to go there but I will if I can find an excuse to get my wife to let me bring my jeep I'd like to get off the beaten path.

RE: Transmission cooling tech. just put on R.C. 4" lift with 2" tc drop and now driver's side engine mount is making a lot of noise. seems tilted toward the rear and the metal is rubbing inside. how can I fix this? can I take out the mount and grind down the metal lip? or should I adjust the...

how much? are all panels included? soft doors? .... my mother lives in Ft Dodge, you could ship it to her and she could ship it to me if its reasonable

its a 4" rough country that came from Hell Creek, it took a lot longer than the 8 hrs the instructions said

I also went with the rough county.. looks great and its cheap... also got the 33's ... ive been trying to put pics on here and it doesnt work

I got the rough county shocks that came with the hell creek kit ... I cant really complain .. Ive never been in a jeep with good shocks so I dont know much... I do know they ride a lot better than the 2" lift and pro-comp shocks I had before the 4" hell creek lift...

RE: Re: Random Poetry... Can you paint those bushwacker flares ? .. I have stock flares now and Ive looked into painting them to match my jeep .. I like the sahara look.. a guy quoted me $80.. but I hear it wont stick for long... I dont think I can spend the $300 for those bushwackers anyway...

Here's a lifted KJ I had a clearance problem with a new exhaust I installed... new mounts were too long in the rear.... it would knock and rub on the TC skid plate... I just used a crowbar and pulled on it and bent it up enough to where it would not make contact.. no more noise

RE: 33" tires and need a matching rim Do I have to do both axles at the same time ? How do I know if I have a D30 or D35? what is a good price? Rusty's has 4.88s for... $159 Can I do it myself ? is it about the same deg of difficulty as previously doing susp lift by myself ...father in law...

Just put 33's on a 4 banger automatic and its really hard to get er going.... should I regear and to which ratio? this is for a mostly highway jeep... occasional mud

Jeep story happened today: got caught in a freak hail storm on my way to school and I pulled off the highway to find some cover because I couldnt see a thing .. found an old one pump gas station / car lot type deal to hide under, but there were already two cars there, a guy and his wife...

RE: Re: RE: Pop or soda? I cleaned out my cat and ny light came on after about a week... It ran like crap so I unplugged it and now it runs fine, but the light is still on.. I have seen a bypass module for about $25 at www.bakerelectronix.com... says this thing willl make the light go out ...
