wont run long enough to fix

I have replaced the distributor, cap, p/u, plugs, wires, starter. altenator. . tried to find dead zero on pulley, will not start w/out full throttle. then will not idle unless at 2000 rpms, got up to 4000 rpms and cuts back out? i have done a compression test and a fuel pressure test as well as replaced the fuel filter, rear main seal, valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket and oil filter. should the mark be before 0 on 0 or after 0. also i cannot find the PCV valve. this may be contributing to my problem? can u please help me. I have had this jeep registered and insured just to see it sit in my garage for 2 months!

Sounds like a bad TPS or CPS (Throttle position sensor or crank position sensor) Is it jetting black smoke? If so an injector could be messed up and pouring fuel in.
