bad ground or open connection to torque converter? how do i fix ... jeep stalls and dies in reverse .. sometimes in foward ...

i think it would stall in forward and reverse if it were the crank sensor...?

It only does it in foward if I hit a bump... i think its getting worse... smaller bumps are causing it now... reverse is still horrible

RE 6025 lift (the one with new leafs)

I did get the light to come on and ran the codes .. its said " BAD GROUND TO BATTERY OR OPEN CONNECTION TO TORQUE CONVERTER.." .. ANY IDEAS??????????? I bought the manual and it doesnt have anything about wiring for the torque converter

open connection to torque converter... that can explain the stalling... if your converter will not allow slip, it can be locked when you try to drive... and you wont' have enough power to move the vehicle at the locked ratio

i've never quite understood it myself... sorry... all the autos i've ever taken out were full hydraulic
