does anyone one here know what differences,if any happened between 2002 and 2003 tops?the reason i am asking is because a lot of stuff online lists 1997-2006 jeep tj wrangler as being the same,while others say 2003-2006 are different.does anyone have any insight on this?i have found a smoking deal on a 1997 tj soft top,and would like to know if it will definately fit my 2003 before i jump on it.it is a complete top with all the hardware,supposedly.can somebody volunteer any info?much appreciated!

That i know of, there was a slight change on the header latches. Other than the long wheel base, everything is the same.

Also, the front header has less reinforcing ribs on the earlier years. Sometime after 2001 they stiffened it up. They probably wanted it to stay tighter fitting (less leaks and wind noise). - John
