A friend of mine just had a similar problem with his. They are relativly easy to replace, however, sometimes the mounting bolts can get corroded in the aluminum throttle body, and can break off.

One thing you can try is to tap on the head of the bolts before loosening them. That will shock the corrosion loose, enabling you to remove the bolts.

If you are unfortunate enough to break one off, then you have no option but to replace the entire throttle body assembly.

Hope that helps. :-D [addsig]

I will have one in the morning and I will go out and PB Blaster the thing in a few mins to let that be working on the sticky stuff. Thanks for the heads up on the bolt thing. Tug[addsig]

Before you replace the Throttle position Sensor, try cleaning out the throttle body and Idle Air Control Motor passage. My Jeep would idle fast off and on, and a good throttle body cleaning fixed it. Hope this helps
