tailgate hinge bushing replacement

i'm new here

i noticed the other week that my tailgate drops down about 1/2 to 3/4 inch when i open it. when i close it, i have to lift it up to shut it good. i think that the bushings went bad in the hinges. can these be replaced, or do i have to replace the whole hinge. 2000 tj

You have to replace the entire hinge. They're available often on Ebay.
