Quadratec Customer Service

So I bought a Bestop Half Top not too long ago, May 28th to be exact. The top is great I love it. The only thing that I haven't been happy with is that for some reason I have noticed two little wear marks where the top coves some bolt heads. I got pretty pissed about it considering I spent over $500 on it and it’s brand new. I figured I should call and find out what I can do about it. I called Quadratec Customer Service to find out the first step. They told asked me a few questions after looking up my order and then told me that there would be a new top at my house within the next 2 weeks. They said that it will be sent out directly thru Bestop and they just might want the old top back to look at it. So either way I'm getting a new top for free thanks to Quadratec. I just wanted to let everyone know that I give Quadratec Customer Service an A+. :lol:
 

Yeah they did the same for me... this guy I was wheelin with was driving a Dodge Raider... we were all sitting around taking a break, then he decides to start doing donuts... well he smashed right into the pass side of my jeep, the nerf bar took all the grunt, but the fender flare crackecd. I was pissed, he said he would pay for it. I called Quadratec told him what happend and the guy said "lets just pretend it was under warrantee... there will be a new one at your house in 2 weeks free of charge" Not bad, lucky break for the Raider driver though.

Glad I had that nerf bar on there.
 
Yeah, I've had nothing but great customer service from quad. Plus they're only one state over from me so I usually get my stuff in one day! :D
 
I had a steering stabilizer show up from them in used condition. They of course replaced it free as well they should have.

I have bought alot of stuff from them and other than that mistake which they corrected, nothing but praise for them.

I have to say I had good service from 4WD Hardware too, but Quadratec is closer to me and I can get stuff in 1-2 days for reg. shipping costs sometimes.
 

I agree with the customer service there. I recieved my bestop supertop and the driver upper had a few stiches gone bad, called them up and told me a new upper was on its way. Showed up 5 days later from bestop and got to keep the old one. Now I have a spare :wink:
 
Yeah, they told me that I might be able to keep my old top. Which would be nice because I could put in on when I go wheelin'

I give Quadratec an F right now in my eyes. I've emailed customer service twice from thier own website form and checked a backorder status three times a week and NO ONE will freaking respond to me or update the status on my order.

I despise calling service people, blah blah blah. I guess I will have to call them anyway. Don't always get what you want in life hmm?

I've had similar experiences with them, Lady. I think the service in the previous posts was more a result of Bestop than Quadratec.
 
I am currently interning for pepsi consumer relations and I know that when people email our system they dont get a response, they just get and automatic email back that tells them to call our 800#. No sure if that is how quadratec works, not that its right but you might just have to call.

I can hop in the car and be there in 20 min's for pick ups :lol:
 

Well the wheels I ordered almost 4 months ago just got put on the Jeep Yesterday. One of the wheels was defective. There is a slow leak in one of the welded seams. Quadratec sent one out, and sending UPS to pick up the bad one. They've treated me pretty well so far!!!
