Has anybody ordered directly from Howell for the throttle body upgrade?
I ordered over a week ago, they charged my credit card but haven't sent me ANY kind of communication. I sent them something last Thursday asking them to give me an idea when I can expect it to be shipped so I can schedule resources, no reply. I sent them another this morning, no reply.
I'm starting to get a little worried that there's something go on (going out of business? no stock?). I'm wondering at what point I should cancel my order. This is really frustrating, it's a lot of money (1300$) and my jeep is on hold for this one final part.
Any body else dealt with them?
