RE: Mine

Well I took the 82 CJ out yesterday and got her stuck. I wound up killing the starter no big deal 25 minutes to drop old one and bolt in the new one. Now my clutch is stuck cant get it to disengage nother not a real problem gonna order a new one and replace. Now my problem is the little bolts that hold the ujoints on to the differentials and the tcase. My 1/4inch 12 point wrench is to small my 5/16 inch is to big same problem with my 6mm and my 7mm any body got any idea what wrench im gonna need. My next step if i cant find the right tool is a pair of vise grips which aint real high on my list. I figured some one out there could tell me what to use.

Thanx

RE: New shocks but...steering linkage - leaking lube

Well i solved the problem of the bolts that hold the ujoints it was a 1/4in just had to grind one of my wrenches to a smaller diamater to fit. Now i can drop the transmission and get at that stinkin clutch.
