Best place to buy YJ Rough Country lift kit and smelly jeep

First of all, where is the best place to get the Rough Country lift? Putting a lift on the fiance's YJ and think this is the best for the money. And, she had her catalytic converter and muffler replaced with a "high flow" cat and a mangnaflow muffler. Now whenever she parks it the darn thing stinks like sulfur or some other foul odor. Any ideas?

its the same kit, but with hell creek brand springs (which are guaranteed for life!) The ruf country springs are not guaranteed, to my knowledge. hell creek kit was $425 incl. pitman arm & shocks (plus all the other normal kit parts).
