91 YJ headlights stuck on???

Normally daytime running lights are on.The other day the hdlights came on with my switch in the off position.I replaced high/low switch and on/off rocker switch and when I hook battery up the lights are on still.Tried wiggling harness,but does nothing.Is there a relay somewhere?thks..:evil:

Trace the headlamp wiring in the engine compartment. It should lead you to the driver side. The wirings will be plugged into the daytime running lamp module. Check the wirings for a short to voltage. 2 other areas to check is the high beam switch and the orange wire from the module. the orange wire is a signal wire that goes to the PCM and the speed sensor.

Thanks for your help. I'll unplug the harness from the module and see what happens. Hopefully it will be just that.

Thanks SteelHeadz. I unplugged the d/time module and good to go. Must of fused itself internally after 18 years of use.
