hubs front noise ujoint

I noticed the jeep was making a new noise today on the highway (low hum / growl). I can also feel a vibration /grinding through the steering wheel at about 60 mph, it becomes very apparent when I turn the wheel to the left when changing lanes, I'm pretty sure its my front driver side hub / unit...
