Ok if i want to change my dana 30 and 35 with 3.7 to 4.10 gears i just buy the complete dana 30 & 35 from a jeep that had a 4cy in it and swap them out ? and this will help with off roading and be able to run bigger tires Thanks for your help

No heater ? bypass has nothing to do with heater maybe you hit some thing while you were under hood knocked some thing loose.

I no nothing of our year jeeps having an auto shut off also did you check coil yet i know you said new but how new for it to shut off like it does your problem is in that area as in short to coil , dist, or just bad parts

Just looked at other post ok your coil is new so i guess you just put it on? then i would check your pick up coil in the distribuator
