Is it a direct swap to put a 2004 TJ 4.0 inline six to replace one in a YJ? The YJ 4.0 is tired and smoking.Wasn't sure if they were all the same.thks.

My column in my YJ seems to be getting loose and it seems to be something inside.It wiggles up and down quite a bit.The two nut underneath the dash and the firewall nuts and bolts are all tight.Does anyone have any ideas?Thanks.....

Normally daytime running lights are on.The other day the hdlights came on with my switch in the off position.I replaced high/low switch and on/off rocker switch and when I hook battery up the lights are on still.Tried wiggling harness,but does nothing.Is there a relay somewhere?thks..:evil:

Do all 4.0 litre rev up to about 1500 rpm on start up when cold or hot? Mine does and then drops down to about 900 rpm after a few seconds.I change all the sensors and its the same.Is this normal?thks........

I bought a tilt column from a 93 yj to put in my 91 yj. Both columns are for manual trans, but the 93 won't plug into my ign harness.all others plug in fine. My current column is non tilt and the switch won't swap because of the rod length. Help anyone???? Thks..

I have a 91 4.0 litre YJ that started to leak about week or two ago.Its leaking where the shaft bolts to splined shaft of power steering box.Is it an easy fix?Tried seal swell and leaks the same.thks....
