hey everybody, ive got a question for you all. my uncle is giving me an amc 340 out of a '77 cj-7. the setup is complete( wiring, radiator, etc.) but it doesnt have a transmission. so... i was wondering if a T4 transmission would bolt up to it w/o an adapter? i hope this...

i also seem to have a short in my gas gauge... :roll: the needle does this really weird "tick" so i have to make a "best guess" at how much gas i have. anyone had this happen to them? or know what i could do about it?

i have this really weird short that seems to come and go. every now and again, while driving around at night, my lights and everything that lights up inside will cut off, then come back on, then cut off again. it will do it until i turn the jeep off and let it sit for a bit. what does this...
