I have a 91 Wrangler and would like to put a 70's 258 or 232 in it. Is it a direct swap? Are the motor mounts the same? Will the AUTO trans bolt up?

I bought a cj7 top for my yj today. My windshield frame dosnt have any holes, the top does. Are they supposed to bolt together up front? It fits tight and my dad dosnt remember having any bolts up front in his cj7.
