give me some options. i live in washington. the jeep is a 2003 rubicon.

i just bought a 2003 wrangler rubicon. ran great for a week. now it wont start. there is a yellow key with a circle around it and a line through it, on the dash when i attempt to start it. it does nothing. what does this light on the dash mean, and why???????????
