My rear passenger tire seems to sticking out about an inch more then the drivers side. Everything looks good under there, leafs sitting on the perch fine. whats up with that. any thoughts?

Well the other day I put 6- 4x8 peices of sheet rock on the top of the xj. Hit a couple of bumps and sounded like I was rubing the tires! Should,nt the bump stops prevent that? Has anyone removed a fuseblock in a xj? I need to know if the wires are Connected to it via connecters? Or are they all connected with solder? In other words can I remove the fuse block from the harness just by unlpuging a connector? And the bolts ofcourse.. Thanx for any help...
