its gone... i finally did it, i sold my jeep. :shock: i never thought this would happen but i finally had enough of its crap... i was estatic at first, but now im kinda sad, but still happy i sold it. i bought a 94 Z71 w/ 79k miles. it will prolly be a while before i buy another real 4x4...

you need to use 2" reciever tube. wont bend. and easy to make if you can weld. another thing is how are you goin to get it to slip, i doubt you have the ability to spline your own shafts....

i think b/c you broke one ujoint driving it is crap. was it a axle u-joint, or a d-shaft joint. ront or rear. the single product may have just been bad. it shouldnt be a spicer joint. it is a percision joint. the same as many other places sell, just not reboxed for NAPA

thats what mine is appx, and has 30k on a rebuild... jeeps have low oil pressure... i wouldnt worry as long as it doesnt get worse

we have one at work, that i use everyonce and a while.. its pretty cool... i believe it is rated at a max of 240ft/lbs which isnt too shabby for what it is. i have the i wants for a 18volt cordless milwaukee cordless impact, but they are expensive
