    3" lift isn't enough for 31"

Re: RE: Re: Good American Company? I would like to trim my fenders and my bumper caps, but the problem is what the heck do I use to cut the plastic on the bumper?? I don't wanna burn it with a dremel. Another way would be using older style bumper caps, any word on this?

    nerf bars

Damage If you guys read my other post about my dented framerail. You'd know why I am asking this. I have smittybilt nerfbars that were used on my old Cherokee. I forgot if they needed to be drilled on or not. I am wondering if it would fit on my 01. HEY... we all need the extra security.

    Damage

Re: RE: Re: RE: HowdyHo! Would denting your framerails cause any serious problems? Mines a slight lazy dent. Not sharp at all. The body is still straight, just the framerail is crushed a little tiny bit from a "too tall" curb and my unlifted XJ.

The Day of Reckoning comes closer!!!

Fixed the link. It's working. Just did some off-roading for the last time as a stock Jeep. Dented my framerail. Not too bad. Just a lot of vibrations from mud on the wheels. Too fricking small... the lift will be 1400 total for BDS 3"/3" with 31" tires mounted. All options (control arms...

    5" lift questions

Hmm. The BDS comes with new control arms and a T'case drop. I am thinking that using shackles should have no problem at all.

    2001 XJ noise

When I stop at normal speeds. Sometimes the rear gives out a quiet clunk and shifts in the rear when I start moving again. I know its not driveline related. Possible leaf alignment or brakes?

How do ZJs compare to XJs in terms of offroad capabilites?

Your'e right, they both hacve smaller wheel wells. Let me correct what I was saying. The ZJ has a NARROWER wheel well. Compare them side by side and you might see what I am saying. I could be wrong, but its what I believe.

    88' Cherokee won't start

It possibly could be your starter. The humming noise is your starter recieving the electrical current, but not enough juice (or stuck) to start. Better off taking it to a shop.

Biggest tires on a '89 Laredo..?

Okay. The XJ came out in 84, the ZJ in 93. Best bet for good all around tire would be (I'm gonna list as many as I can from each manufacturer): BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO (Long lasting) Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo (Awesome.) Cooper Discoverer S/T ( I ran these, VERY good all around, but...
