first... with everything off... see if you have a "dead draw" problem... check for sparks b/w the neg term and post as you touch them and seperate... that will indicate a draw or if you have a meter that measures amps... put it between the post and terminal and see if there is any current...

also - make sure you use the anti vibration "lube" on the back of the pads b/w the pads and calipers (or some type of dampening medium) as most "squeal" is caused by a very high freq. vibration b/w the pad and caliper... (can be amplified by rotors that aren't "turned" or smoothed b/4 changing...

late input i know - but i've been running my 32" BFG M/T's for 4 yrs (mounted 8-13-04) and they are still about 75%tread (compared to the spare which has never seen any use..) jut my $.02
