I was thinking I would like to make my own bumper to save cost...but it looks like a good welder cost almost as much as a bumper! :p With that said the welder will keep letting me build other stuff. Makes me wish I had kept my dad's arc welder.

From all you welders out there what would you suggest as a good welding unit to start with? My dad was a great welder and I learned a little from him but I was thinking about taking a class at the local tech school. I would perfer a 110 unit if it will generate enough heat to weld up to a 1/4"...
Yeah I'm going poor paying for internet (bellsouth), TV (directv), cell phone (att) and all the other things we can't seem to live without these days...sometimes I wonder how much more stuff I would get done if I got rid of everything!! :roll:
Glad you are ok. I have never been in a wreck (knock on wood) but if I was and the person was drunk I would have a hard time not beating the mess out of them... :)

If you can't, I like to air down and take it slow...Also, I used to carry 2 40 gallon water jugs in the back of my truck to add weight when needed.
Well it might be the most comfortable Wrangler yet...but if it makes you feel better it was leaking like a sieve when it rained (took the service department 3 trips to fix that) and if you hit a pothole it will jar your teeth loose! :lol:
Well it's not a speed demon :twisted: by any means but I have hit 90 with no problems! I am not a hard core wheeler either but I am happy with what I have seen so far.
I used to drive an old Willy on a farm so it's really not a fair comparison.
