Smiley any trick to getting the co lower. I am in Northern Jersey, just fail the emissions with high co. Need some help getting it passed. We should hit a trail some time when I get some issues sorted out with the jeep!

Check your egr valve make sure it is opening and closing. You can check by using a vacuum to open it or some you can push the diaphram with your fingures. If it is working the engine will run rough or stall. I have the opposite problem, high carbon monoxide levels, not to sure how to fix them...

My Jeep has the same wheels, I was wondering what they would look like in graphite or black. Thanks for the guess work. It works well on your Jeep but my Sahara would look weird.

Update. The door vent window is fixed $75 jeep junk yard. Starter was put in by the used car dealer $0. Had to pay to have the turn signal switch/ stalk installed. I tried two different steering wheel pullers no luck. So that was pricey $100 parts $175 labor :x Changed the oil pan gasket $22...

I am having trouble with a weber carb on 89 4.2 that was installed on my jeep before I boaght it. They seem to leave off a bunch of vacuum line in the engine compartment. I can't figure out where the EGR should connect to the weber and also the distributor. If any one with this set up or could...

It looks like it all of the above. The maetal screw end on the stalk broke inside the switch and the switch broke where everything goes in. I am looking for a used one, but looks like a $100 plus new one is what I am going to wind up with. You any good with what to do with all the vacuum hoses...

Well picked it up from the used car dealer this morning. He already put in a new starter and tuned it up a bit. he also must have tightened the oil pan more since the oil leaks has gotten much better. I ordered the new vent window, $75 delivered. Now I just need to takle that turn signal lever...

Been there done that one, only resulted in a heavier leak, has the old style cork gasket. I think I need to go to the rubber gasket.
