Steelheadz, could you tell me what size tank I have since you helped me out with this Jeep before I bought it? I assume 15 gal, but I've put that much in before and the gauge wasn't at E yet.

Lately I've noticed my Jeep is shifting funny sometimes. For instance, I started it up this morning and had it run for a few minutes because it was about 18 degrees outside. I got in, and took off. I got on the road with a 40mph speed limit, got up to 40, and realized my rpms were at about 3k...

Awesome :) and I suppose the pump is in the tank, and I'll have to purchase the entire pump because they don't sell the module separately? lol

Does anyone have an opinion on these two? One's a little more spendy than the other, and I'm just not sure if there's a difference in quality.

Another thing that might be good to mention is that it always takes many turn overs before it starts. If I turn the key for a couple seconds, then turn it off, and on again it starts right up. I assumed it was a normal thing but maybe not?

They've got oe replacements on eBay motors for between 60-70 bucks with free shipping, and they have the flex tubes. I'm buying one this week because mine cracked too :(

When I start up my TJ, it starts and run fine for a second, then chuuuugs for about 5 seconds before returning to normal. Yesterday it did it longer, actually continuing as I started driving. When I pressed the gas, it felt like it was losing power. Then the chug went away again and it was fine...

There are places that will take your current one and design another to fit. They trace the important areas so everything lines up, then cut out pieces with a CNC and bend pipes for it. Then they'll weld them or you can bring them in somewhere else to be welded. They'll do this at many metal fab...

mud4feet, luckily for you the Red River flows North so don't worry about it coming to you. However, anyone in Canada North of us might want to worry! I'll post more pictures tonight.

oh and btw, those photos were not from today so the new snow isn't in any of the photos. The snow that was in the photos was just still left over from our record breaking snowfall this winter.

There was not much snow left yesterday due to the warm temps of high 40s for the last week or so, but we had a storm come through and dump a ton snow on us last night along with cold temperatures. It really hasn't helped with the fight...it's 23 degrees right now, so sandbags froze over night...
