Having multiple jeeps isn't always all that cool in my opinion. I own 4, we have a 95 grand cherokee, my wife has a 97 tj 4cyl. auto, I have a 97 tj 4cyl. 5 spd. and I also have a 88 xj wag. that is my trail rig. My xj needs some attention, (frame stiffeners, axle swap with custom 4 link front...

my yj bearing went out wanton my dana 30 want dana 44.

I am a little confused. How did your hub bearing going out wallow out your lug holes? Seems to me that the wheel mounts to the hub and even if the bearing goes out the wheel should still be tight to the hub.

    TJ blower not working

When we got my wife's 97 tj her's was bad, I picked one up a junkyard for $5 and it's worked fine since then. eBay Motors: Blower Motor Resistor fits: Jeep Cherokee XJ 97-01 (item 360106212524 end time Nov-17-08 10:12:37 PST) I'm not sure if that one will work but you could probably keep an eye...

    TJ blower not working

There is a resistor down below the glove box, mounted to the heater box, the reisistor is what differentiates the different fan speeds. Here is a write up I googled. Blower Resistor Replacement

Any cheap way to get longer brake lines on my TJ?

Mid 90s half ton chevy brake hoses are also a good, inexpensive swap. They are a little longer than the yjs, the 95 yj lines are a good swap though, that is what I am running on my xj.

    YJ or TJ?

My first wrangler was a 90 yj, 4 cyl. 5 spd., turned over 200k on the clock on the way home from picking it up. I drove it for about a year and then sold it to a friend, she still drives it daily and it has around 230k on it now, I will admit it burns quite a bit of oil but it runs great. My...

how do i replace the master cylinder?

I have always started with the farthest from the m/c and worked my way closer also. Another method I have used after bench bleeding the m/c is "gravity bleeding", open the bleeder valves and don't push the pedal, just let them drip for a while. Then close all bleeders and pressure bleed.

    new; some questions

Too bad you don't live closer to me, I know a guy who makes 1.75" lift pucks, my local club sells them all of the time for $100 installed. As for fitting 32s that shouldn't be a problem, I have 1.75" pucks, my 97 is a 4 cyl. so I installed 6 cyl., hard top springs, and then an extra stock coil...

    The four door JK

I agree with teej that they make me think of a xj with a frame. Every time a new model of a automobile comes out there are traditionalists who don't like them because they are different, when the tj came out people didn't like them because the interiors were more "car like" and they didn't ride...
