I plan on replacing the 9" manual brakes with 11" manual brakes and a 2 chamber master cylinder. Has anyone don this ? What size master cylinder is used? 3/4" , 7/8", 1.0" bore for manual brakes? I read to use the smaller. Do I need to install a residual pressure valve? I could not see one...

Are the wheel cylinder bleeders facing down and not up ?

Does the throttle body have the fine wire sensor to measure air temp. If so their is a spray cleaner at auto stores to clean it. I cleaned my air filter (K&N) and put too much oil on it and coated the wire.

+Talking to people they say the cable from the transfer case should run counter clock wise. Pulled the driven gear and it is worn out a bit. So I will look for a new driven gear for a Dana / Spicer? 18 case.
