I have a Magnaflow cat back system on my '06 TJ unlimited. Great power, rediculous interior resonance at 2000 rpms, above or below that it's good. I am kicking myself for not going Flowmaster or Gibson.

I agree with Jeepster, the spacers do work. I installed an Airaid spacer on my '06 4.0L Wrangler and my '99 4.0L Cherokee Sport, big difference in thorttle response and power. I also have an K&N air box modifiction on both vehicles. Best $65 I have spent.8)

I thought about a small block Chevy swap, but, I think I want to keep it all Chrysler. Plus the whole fact of having a "HEMI in it".

Steal is right, I have had a few issues with my IAC motor (idle air control). I took the throttle body off, cleaned it and everything was good. It seems that if you are running an oiled air filter (K&N, etc), you need to clean the throttle body more often due to the oil residue.

I have one complete lamp, but the base is broken, everything else is ok. And in regards to the lens covers, I have been looking also.

All I care is that they keep the production here in the states. Our economy needs it and our people deserve it. We work hard for our money, we have enough people taking that away from us.

What's the issue with the MDS Hemi. It seems that would be the way to go if you were going to use it as a semi-daily driver.?

Has anyone swapped a 5.7L Hemi into a TJ?

I have heard that the Bestop cleaner/conditioner is the best. The Mopar product is pretty good also, I have used that before.

Make sure that your caliper slides are free and lubed. You may have one caliper that is not releasing completely and keeping that side engaged or applying more pressure to that one side.

We have both. Compared to the Cherokee, the Wrangler seems cavernous inside. The Cherokee is much quieter and smoother driving. They are both equally capable off the road. I guess it all depends if you want to go topless or not. Both great Jeeps. Good luck!:shades:

In my opinion, Old Man Emu offers the best "kit". Shocks, springs, transfer case spacers etc. $700 plus, a deal. Quadratec!!!!

Don't get me wrong, I love my Jeeps, and will never get rid of my TJ. However, being in the automotive industry, I do not have a whole lot of patience for Chrysler at this time. They have destroyed my paychecks.
