    Ground, it was a solder joint w/ most the upper sensors grounds where shorted where they spliced to one. Tucked up hidden in the wireing harness. Being rough in the area tryin to change out CPS caused the bad joint to finish breaking and pop out of harness. Plus side is, my girls got her mustard...

    I guess you just need an extra large shoe horn and drive shafts. If you modify the radiator core support you can fit a much larger radiator ie junk yard salvage. the electric fan can be bought at auto parts store for under $100. Hows your t-case, np-241 with the donor trans?

    Do you have the smog equipment on the small block to match 92 requirements? I'm a californian so thats a big deal here. Is the motor complete with headers and all? I would say you could run the sbc on stock axles but the lead foot will kill them. A poor mans stroker kit could prove to be cheaper...

    Ive got an 88 cherokee, runs fine in park or neutral. Won't run in gear with any pedal input. 4.0 auto. At one point it wouldnt run at all, but after pump icm and map sensor, it has a loping idle but idles well.

    I feel your pain Powerman. I'm currently in the same boat hunting gremlins. I've got so far as to clean the idle up and revs and runs nice in park and neutral. But as soon as I go for a gear i sputters and dies. If it dosnt die right away any amount of pedal stalls it. New fuel pump, strainer...

    Most defanitly thinkin solenoids need to be changed. I've seen Master rebuilds around 500 with no solenoids.

    Oh yes, Novak is a great Jeep resource, radiators to slip yolk eliminators. Some prices may seem steep but for the product id say its well worth the price.

    does the fuel rail have high enough pressure? what is the compression of your pistons. if spark is on right then its got to br fuel or combustio.

    just a shout out for the 4 banger. I started my love with a 90 yj 4 banger, daily driver for 7 yrs. It went everywhere, it handled trails and sand better then my later bought I6 92 yj. To help my 4banger get to the trails i installed a F-250 SD infront of it.
