I think Tug is right, everyone is partial to thier own jeep because they spend the most time in it to learn its idiosies and it grows with thier experiences. The "best JEEP" can not be defind in this sort of forum because we are all parcial to our own......

dry oil sump I use to do alot of modeling in my teens and if you can get the colors its realy just slaping it on in a randum slop. Try to stay away from any patern and it will look best. Maybe even practice on a JEEP model or two untill your happy..Good luck.

My parents live in Phx. and keep tellin me to come down and get a real job. I just laugh and ask them what the temp is? Were about 15deg. cooler here and more so in Prescott. Lots of trails I haven't explored yet around Prescott, and would love to have someone to explor with.

Hey 4wheelneal, I live in Yarnell Az.Its about an hour and a half NW of Pnx. I'm probably the only one in my area that chats online.I also need to do some repairs befor I can go, but it's cooler up here. There are some nice trails up around Prescott. I will let you know when I'm up and going again.

My '79 cherokee has the Quadratrac in it. the vacuum switch in the glove box girgles when running and is wet with oil. Where would it be sucking oil into the vacuum lines from? Has anyone delt with this befor, and what will cure it? :?

Hey joejeepny- don't feel too bad, I had 4 Jeeps, a cj5, a j10 p/u, and 2 cherokees when I met my wife and now I'm up to 7, added a p/u, a cherokee, and a grand wagoneer. Every time I see one and say " ooo look more parts", she tells me no more also. What gives? :? :wink:
