Have you tried bleeding the system yet? If there are rubber boots, you might want to peel them back and see if they are wet on the inside. If you can't figure out which one it is, buy the cheapest part first. You might get lucky.

I would start by checking your electrical connections starting at the battery and work your way through the ignition system. Make sure that they are not corroded or loose.

You could also take some dielectric grease and put it on thick around the base of the bulb and the contacts. This will help keep water out of the socket.

Sounds like an internal regulator issue. I would take it to a local rebuilder and have them check it out. It may cost less to have it fixed than replaced. I would also check your wire connections at the alternator. Make sure that they are tight and that none of the strands are broken.
