i'm tired of my d*mn tcase leaking so i'm thinking of just buying a rebuild kit from JB Conversions for around 150 bucks ... my question is how in-depth is this besides just the mechanics , mainly will i need any special tools ? and can it be done in a weekend because i need to minimize my down...

yeah its extremely odd ... before i did any wheeling or hell even any driving i'd throw it up on jack stands have a buddy spin the wheels and look and listen for any problem areas , then try actually starting it and putting it in motion under its own power while cycling the clutch in and out and...

i'd go with a lock-right or aussie locker style usually 250 bucks shipped to the door and be alot easier for a daily driver ... but if the problem only occurs when the clutch is engauged ... if it was an axle problem wouldnt it persist even in motion weither or not the clutch was in or not ?????

there were some local stands earlier like week before halloween but they cleared out right near D day ... the usuals the ones that i know in the fam that i usually get some from didnt have any luck this year with them said it was too wet and they wanted to rot :?

well i'm dropping off my front shaft at a local axle shop to have it resplined and a new slip yoke installed hope to get it back before this weekend so i can test it out hit some trails ... i've had this prob with the yoke being so sloppy it clunked and vibrated to the point where it was making...
