One problem I see with the TJ top on a YJ. The Door Surrounds. The Top on a TJ connect to a bracket that bolts into the Roll bar. I figure a snip on your roll-bar covers and a couple holes drilled and you will be set, except for the Door surrounds.

Personally, the only thing I say you would have to worry about is the Rear Axle, IF you are running a D35. I choose to stay low. I worked on my Articulation and stayed with a 2" lift and 31's there isn't much a 35" tire can make that I can't Zig-zag through. get your longarm, get your SYE...

I didn't change my shocks when I did my 2" lift. Really didn't notice any difference in the ride. Please don't expect any flex though

Do those Rims have a 3.75 Back spacing? Are the tires 33x12.50? If so you shouldn't need a relocation bracket. my 31x11.50 with 3.75 BS still has about an inch between the stopper and the tire.
