I have heard folks say that if you didn't lube the back of the brake pads it will cause the squealing. the back not the front the little prongs. VERY odd but that is what they say. I didn't and it didn't cause the squealing but again "I HEAR" that it could.

Something has a loose connection. Mine did something like that with the Blinkers. All I did was make sure all the conenctions were tight and it stopped.

The Military ditched the Jeep for the HMMWV due to the need for a Weapons pod, Troop carrier, Van usage, and the need for a ride that didn't flip as easy. It is a Very capable machine, but TOO damn big. Try taking the H1 to Tug's place and ride those trails. If a CJ 5 has to hug the wall...

I for one woud not trade m Jeep in on a H1. Sorry, but I like being able to take the 4-Wheeler trails. And where I ride the "Wide" does me no good. So, D ick, Have at your H1 you are welcome to it, but don't let it sink into your brain that, the ones that don't want the Hummer, are "fools."

My Uncle weathered out the storm. He lives 25' over sea level and about 300 yards away from Perdido Bay this is a little Bay that the FL and AL line is dead center of. They got hammered but only trees and such were knocked down.
