I have a question. suppose a Luddite wants to lean back a couple degress in time... How different are the blocks? my 95 2.5 still has the mechanical fuel pump boss in the casting suggesting it's been used for a while wearing different mustouches. I'm assuming you could go with an older...

    Legal areas question.

before Europeans, owning N. American land was a moot point. it's entirely possible in 2011 to think different than social laws and penalties and still be in good graces with your conscience. I think there's a difference between spinning tires/making a mess like an immature pig and doing a...

    More horsepower less cash...

first is make sure your engine is being all it can be. fresh valves can do spunky wonders for compression. ...maybe oversize pistons to increase displacement after that it's get the air in and out efficiently with open pipes and a thirsty carb after that it's force more intake thru with a...

    95 YJ restore

steering box green started out as 1/3qt of blue rustoleum I had laying around and I mixed some yellow into it. the dark green on the engine mounts was left over flat black in the bottom of a can I mixed the pre-mix green into for a commercial looking color. edit: just noticed the early pics...

    J20 Clutch hopping.

check the engine and transmission mounts to see if the rubber to metal bond failed. (pry them with a crowbar or jack the weight off them) that kind if heavy chatter can be a broken pressure plate spring too... which would show up as clutch slip.

    Need help!

click means the solenoid primary is getting juice to pull in the contacts, but the big amps aren't there (secondary) to turn the starter motor against load. could be a low battery (most likely if it hasn't been run regular) or a bad connection on the big wire will do that.
