yeah man you gotta drain that. If you are careful enough you can drain all the good gear oil into a pan and reuse it

you can buy new weather stripping a Quadratec. I have that problem with my Jeep now. I don't really mind it because I have husky linners to stop it from getting to the carpet

don't use a cleaner with wax in it or the dirt will stick to it

I would try a Junk yard or Craigslist.
