I have a '93 also. Only thing I ran into so far, other thank clutch, was the distributor cap was different. It fit the '94 size not what I was given for a '93. That and the roll bars are different. Let me kno if I can help you with anything else.

I have a '93 YJ with 160,000 mi also. Check the plugs to see if they've been changed. I know when I got mine the plugs had not been changed and they were all fried. Check and/or change all the fluids. Especially the transmission. If you have a leak then you'll be in trouble. I replaced mine...
