    Color of top??

Yah Bounty thats true I have a 98 and its a Bestop Spice color. Its kind of hard to tell though, not much of a difference, but its best two know for sure (trust me). Local jeep dealers really do know their colors lol. :D

    High speed vibration

How about trying a wheel alignment. Usually this is a fix to the whole high speed vibration. I really don't think its your drivetrain or u-joints. Usually the vehicle will shake constantly with these sorts of problems. My jeep used to shake at high speeds (60 - 70 mph). Any other speed was fine...

    dumb question but Im new....

Sine, I hope you know, you totally BLEW my mind with that. Then again this method is 100% true. The common sense thing would be to go measure the jeep pavement to highest point and just guesstimate. But dam sine you took it to the next level lol. Kudos

No I don't think its the revised version; I see no flex tubing. Ill check the bolts, but if anything i might just get some headers. :D

    Exhaust Manifold, or Exhaust Pipe?

Hello all, I have a 1998 Jeep Wrangler and ever since I bought my TJ it always sounded like air was escaping from the bottom of the engine (on acceleration). Here is were the problem is, I cant pin-point where the problem is. It does sound like there is a hole where air is escaping but cant tell...

Epic Fail, haa. No worries xt master, thats a good enough excuse. Shoot if it was -2 degrees outside I would NEVER leave the house. Then again here were I live the temperature doesnt dip below 75 (During the Winter). Anything lower than that is considered freezing here. lol.

    question about moving my mirrors

WD40 or some awesome penetrating oil. Let it sit for a while and apply ALOT. Don't try this with the same bolt though; since you stripped it already it might be harder to take it out. All the best, Chris

    Battery Help $$$$$$

Yes, I agree with Phil. Currently I have a Diehard Gold ( a step down from the Platinum). If you dont want to shell the money for a platinum, the gold should do just fine.

    Tires ????

Ya, anything bigger than 31's will rub no matter what. Either when turning and such. When I first got my TJ the stock rims were shot to hell, so I swapped them out cherokee rims. I run 31's on them and they are fine. Don't rub at all. If you dont have a lift, I suggest you don't go bigger than...

    CJ Anti Theft Question

I would go with a killswitch that runs to your starter. Cutting of the power running to the starter is not a bad idea. Hide the switch somewhere only you would know; remember that the best place to hide something is in an obvious place. Here were I live the local car audio place has and installs...

    New and full of questions

Another addition, lol. I think this is hillarious, only because; 1. Most of us have high school degrees, college degrees, or still in high school. 2. I don't think many people here bought their jeeps with modifications. 3. This is a techinical/help forum, people need help with installing it...

    KC Daylighters

    KC Daylighters

Hello all, I recently bought some daylighters (today) with the brackets for the windshield mount. I installed the brackets no problem (thank god for pre set holes!). Now here comes the tough stuff (so i think). I am familiar with KC wiring and such and have thrown the ground and power wires for...
