    ok if anyone needs this the coolant temp sensor should be located under the manifolds about 1/3 to 1/2 of the way through. it should just be a single-wire setup..

    well i know a coolant temp sensor has to be somewhere in a water port/jacket on the enigine. my grand am had one on the intake but since our intake is a "dry" intake i dont know... maybe i will try what you say..

    UPDATE: I finally finished the body lift today!! i had to go through the inner fender in the rear and cut out an access panel for the body bolt. same as the other two on the driver side ( right below the seat and at the "dead pedal"). now i am waiting on the radiator from O'Reily's to get here...

    when my Jeep is cold it idles at about 650 but after it warms up it idles at 1000. it will go above 2500 but i dont know about the TFI ignition. i think my ignition is just stock. thanx for the input though.
