I run between 2500 and 3000 now that I gutted my cat, and changed the O2 sensor. before I was running between 2000 and 2500.

do you have any obvious oil leaks? check around your drain plug, oil filter, sending unit, etc...

If you think this is the problem I would get a price on the sensor and if its not that much just replace it...and if that dont work find out why the sky is blue and your problem will be solved.....lol

are you not getting spark to all of your plugs? what is the deal? Did you check the rotar, wires, distributer, etc..? what year is your XJ? do you have a manual? why is the sky blue? :D ....sorry need more info. Nick

thx I do not know the whole process behind this but I have heard if you can get a mechanics lien against the vehicle you can get a new title for it, you just need a friend who is a mechanic. I guess this is how mechanics get legal possession of vehicles from people who do not pay for services...
