My pinion is set pretty close to how you said and just sitting normal my slip yoke has about two and a half inches showing and u joint to u joint is about 15 and a half inches and just normal road driving my slip yoke slips all the way out of the tail shaft

I have a transfer case drop Im basically just trying to make something work without putting more money into these axles because new axles are in the future would just like to get by for the summer if at all possible

So when my pinion is set to where I think it should be the drive shaft is to short, which I was told would happen so my question is If my drive shaft was longer would that eliminate the need for a SYE if so ho would I measure to make sure it would not slip in to much but also not come out?

So even if i do a t case drop their is no way to make it work? And is their a way to flip the axle over so thatit has a high pinion?

I have a 90 wrangler with a spring over well the U-joints keep breaking from the pinion angle im guessing, but have no clue how to get it set correct any help would be great

Is their an inline fuel filter anywhere on a 1999 jeep with the 2.5 four cylinder I know their is two sock in the tank but couldnt find one in line anywhere

Could be a coolant temp sensor or an o2 sensor as well both those can do funny things once its heated up or if your fuel pump is weak it could be getting hot and shutting off as well

I found a 4 inch suspension lift on the rough country web site its 499 or for 1000 i can get one with the adjustable control arms? is their a way to do the 499 kit to where I dont need the adjustable control arms? it comes with the t case drop kit so would I still need the SYE?

Thanks for the advice I have a shop with a lift I have access to so have all that covered but as far as extra things that the lift doesnt cover i will definately need the to do list on that Ive done spring overs but this is my first actual suspension lift Ive ever done
