I just had the same issue about two weeks ago. Sounded like the belt. It was my driveshaft u joints. Dry as a bone. You'll have to disconnect them and lube them. U might need a needle fitting for a grease gun. Mine was whistling for a day or two before I took care of it. Take care of it now...
