Curious to know if anyone has done a spring over on a Cj. If so, how did you mount your front shocks. I'm using stock position on top, and a bolt welded to the spring plate on bottom.:sawzall: :welder:

I ran 31's for years on stock rims. never had any problems

I've run 4 different 360s in the past, all of them jumped the timing at one point or another. The chain just gets old and loose. very easy fix if you can handle basic tools. Haynes manual has a great step by step

I have a D-70 under my CJ-7, Welded it, and the only draw back is a little tire chirping on the pavement. Just dont try to drive on ice, Welds dont unlock!
