    No more stock Jeep!

Yep. ES3000. Inchitis will have to wait about 6 1/2 more years, that's when the warranty runs out. I had the $$ to get the 6" Skyjacker and 35's...BUT... that would raise an eyebrow if I ever took it in for warranty work. They sell them new with 2" and 32's, so they can't say s#!t about...

    No more stock Jeep!

Thanks. It rides a little rougher on the street, but is not as bouncey off road. The front springs have many more coils compared to stock, so they have more flex as well.

    No more stock Jeep!

My vintage VW Bus sold, so you can imaging where a large chunk of the $$ ended up  Here she is with 2" Pro Comp lift, JKS Quicker Disconnencts, 15X8 Desert Crawler rims, TSL 31X10.5X15 Super Swampers, Warn Rock Slider rocker armor and light guards. My shop looks like a helicopter...

Poll -- The Best Use of an FJ-3, Fleetvan

Wow, I do remember seeing those years ago, but did not know that they were a Jeep. Looks like a short ice cream truck. I like the roach coach idea too....damn.....now I'm hungry. You need to add Gadget Grits to the breakfast menu and Ru-bacon to go with the Scrambler eggs. And for brunch...

    Disconnects

The bushings in the trailing arms. If the axle is tilted at an extreme angle in relation to the frame, then the difference is taken up in the trailing arm bushings. This is where the spherical rodend type would be useful. I'm wondering will the stock rubber bushings in the trailing arms take...

    Disconnects

I got a set of JKS disconnects (very nice units, I must add). Can these be used with stock trailing arms? Makes good sense seeing them on a rig with rodend-type arms, but it looks to me like twisting the stock rubber bushings when the front axle gets tilted would tear the bushings up. Anyone...

    Pics from this weekend!

LOL! It was none too happy. It stayed coiled up for a while and watched my every move. Struck at anything that got near it. I read that juvenile Rat Snakes do that until they get used to human contact (and learn that humans give them FOOD!)
