    2.5L to AX15 conversion

I really don't see a 2.5 killing any transmission. I'm curious as to why you feel you need to upgrade? What have you done to it? Sent from my SCH-R830 using Tapatalk 2

    Skyjacker vs Rough Country

I installed a 4" Skyjacker kit on my Yj about 10 yrs, and 60,000+ miles ago. Still sitting the same as ever, no noticeable sag, and it flex's like a champ. I've beat this thing like it owes me money and had no issues at all. If I was to buy another lift for anything I would deffinatly use them...

    Supercharged 2009 JK

Yes but you guys aren't looking at the big picture, power levels like that will keep a stock engine alive for along time. And if you have a built engine I'm sure you could tune it for even more power gains. And as far as a turbo, no thanks super charger all the way. No lag and power from idle...

    Dana 30 U-joints

Yes those are the smaller joints, you can get some shafts for a 94-95 wrangler and have the larger joint without changing anything else. Or you can use the shafts for a 97 and up TJ, you will have to make some mode for the long side to work, but its worth it. -James

    Oh, crap :-/

Yes ATF +3or4 goes in the transfer. And you guys are both right about the drive shaft.... On a Yj, once the pass side axle is disengaged the spider gears spin the pass side axle backwards while the drive side tire moves forwards. But the gear oil causes enough friction to spin the drive shaft...

    Strange things while wheeling

I found a lost and confused old lady in her escort wagon.... was rather amusing really she was just following the gps.... got her turned around and on her way. -James

    Rain getting into cab/floor board

Check the drain for the cowl vent. It's under the hood on the right side of the firewall. Mine tends to plug up once or twice a year and it let's water come in through the heating ducts. The best way to clean it is pull the drain tube off and hose it out. -James

    Under body rust

A pressure washer works good to get rid of the scale, and big stuff. After that get some paint on it. -James

    Total Rebuild

Get a 4.0. There are a lot of guys in nh that have gone to v8's you should be able to find one with the harness and what not fairly easy. Check NEOW.org, most of the guys on there are from nh. -James

    YJ fender flares

I had bushwackers for my first set, what a total complete waste of $.... don't even consider them unless you don't wheel it. I now have the rugged ridge 7" flares, I like the shape of them and after a season of Wheelin they are still holding up great. Here's a pic for ya -James

Spring spacer lift...how much is too much?

Not a good idea, the can separate and cause major handling issues. -James

    Clutch problems

It is possible.... but I think that the master cal rod might be too short, or the clutch fork is bent or missing the pivot. Some reason your not getting enough throw to the release bearing, you've already done the hydraulic part, now time to check the mechanical end of things... if its not in...
